Relax, and re-connect at the Hideaway Adventure Grounds: no power, no water, no wifi, but plenty of stars and the sounds of nature. Just two hours northeast of Edmonton, make it wild camping—with a side of cozy—in a platform tent with bed, heater, fire pit, picnic table, washrooms, and shared cooking area, and, if you choose, join the team in an adventure!

On an all-day workshop learn survival skill training and gain the skills needed to thrive in the wilderness: practice making fire, building a shelter, and feed the soul with an art session with an Indigenous Artist. In the wintertime, strap on snowshoes, and explore the skills and knowledge needed when the land is frozen; understand the signs in the snow and how animals move on the land. Breathe easy in the boreal forest, camp out alone and re-energize in the sacredness of wild nature.
