A culinary explorer, experimenting and creating cuisine with Indigenous ingredients married with global flavours, chef Shirley creates cuisine to serenade the senses. From invite-only Clandestine Dinners with authentic cultural cuisine, wine, entertainment and local talent to Indigenous menu consultation, and culinary tours experience a taste of authentic cuisine with this multi-award-winning chef practising her craft on the Traditional Territory of the Lekwungen Peoples of the Coast Salish Nation.
