Kisik Ridge is a farm-to-table retreat owned and operated by two top chefs, Ray Bear and Saronn Pov. Chef Bear brings to the table 30 years of cooking at fine restaurants from Vancouver to Halifax, while Chef Pov contributes her Cambodian culinary flair. Together they sustainably raise pigs and goats, grow vegetables, and gather hungry people together for long-table dinners featuring the freshest locally grown or foraged ingredients. They also offer workshops, picnics, and revitalizing farm stays in the cosy ocean view suites at their mountaintop home on the Bay of Fundy.
