Just a 30-minute drive from the attractions of Tadoussac, we welcome our visitors to the heart of our Innu community Essipit and our three Anse-à-Yves cottages, high above the St Lawrence river. Enjoy panoramic views of the river from your secluded perch on your wrap-around deck; spot whales lazily flip their tails in the water below. Our two-bedroom cottages are designed for four to six adults, complete with comfortable double beds, a full bathroom, living room with wi-fi, DVD player and cable TV. Down towards the beach, dotted above the shore of the St Lawrence river, you’ll find our five distinctive red roof A-frame Anse-a-Jos chalets, designed with comfort in mind featuring fully equipped kitchens, complete bathrooms, cozy beds with fresh linens, living room with TV and DVD player. Sleep soundly lulled by the sound of the waves. In the Innu language, Shipek means ‘saltwater’, just a few kilometers from Tadoussac, our Shipek chalets are mostly designed for two (and children under the age of five), with one chalet designed for four adults. Shipek chalets offer well-equipped kitchens including fondue pots, cosy bedding, wi-fi, electricity and private balconies overlooking the St Lawrence.
